Postage Charges UK only

For Orders over £50 will be delivered FREE of CHARGE, under £50 a charge of £4 will apply

All purchases are dealt with personally and will always choose and pack with care

Purchases will be sent as soon as possible. Pre-order items will be sent as soon as received

But if we cannot fulfil an order or part of an order, for any reason, you will be notified and automatically refunded

  In the event of any listing or pricing error we reserve the right to cancel any order.

Our items are only available to the UK mainland

Returns Policy

 If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, then you can return it to us within 14 days for a refund.  Contact us before returning any item. Returns must be sent back with original boxes, packing and certificates where applicable. Refund will only be made when the goods are received by us and in original condition

All refunds will be minus any original postage costs incurred by The Toy Emporium. We do reserve the right not to refund the full cost where items are returned damaged or missing.
